Q: Why should I join this class?

This class is for anyone who is ready to live a healthy, thriving life that is free of pain and medication.  The truth is taking more medication is not the answer!  In just 5 short days, I will show you how this could be possible for you!


Q: How much is the training?

There are 2 ways to participate in The Road to Optimal Health Challenge.  The General admission is FREE!  The VIP Experience is only $47 for a ticket, which includes backstage passes to ask Coach Ro a question about their health.


Q: Do you offer other content outside of this program?

Yes! I have additional content available on my YouTube channel and other social media platforms. However, this program is my in-depth training where I dive deep to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to build generational health.


Q: How does the 5 day challenge work?

The General Session begins at 6pm each night.  VIP  ticket holders have access through a private Zoom link.  At 7pm ET, VIP  ticket holders have a private session on  Zoom, where they will be able to ask Coach Ro a question during this hour.   


Q: Are the challenge classes live?

Yes, classes will be live.  Although the classes will be live and recorded, you won't be able to purchase the recordings.  So you will need to watch the challenge live or watch the recordings for the limited time they will be made available for each ticket holder.


Q: If I miss a session, can I watch the replay?

Yes! All ticket holders can watch session replays. VIP ticket holders will have access to all replays in a dedicated portal for 90 days and will also receive an email with direct YouTube links for easy access anytime. General Admission ticket holders can watch replays for 24 hours after each day's session in the private Facebook group. However, the replay will be removed from both the Facebook group and before the next day's session begins.
